Spend your summer vacation in a pleasant environment close to the Lake Balaton! It is ~5 minutes far from the shore, and ~20 minutes far from the center of Siófok. A two-storey house with garden, parking, 6 or an 8 person apartment (one house with two levels, only upstairs available (100 m²)) is for rent! All capacity: 8 person up and down. Parking opportunity.

• 2 rooms with three beds (2x20m²), 1 room with two beds (1x12m²)
• 2 shower with toilets and 1 bathroom with toilet
• 1 kitchen with all necessary equipments
• 1 common room
• 2 terrace
• BBQ opportunity in the garden

Prices:

• Upstairs:
• June 13. - June 28.: Weekends (Friday, Saturday): 60,000 Ft (HUF) (apartment per night, could be rent from minimum 2 nights)
• June 13. - June 28.: Weekdays (Sunday - Friday): 45,000 Ft (HUF) (apartment per night, could be rent from minimum 3 nights)
• June 28. - August 24.: 80,000 Ft (HUF) (apartment per night, could be rent from minimum 4 nights)
• August 24. - August 31.: 60,000 Ft (HUF) (apartment per night, could be rent from minimum 4 nights)
• September 01. - September 14.: 50,000 Ft (HUF) (apartment per night, could be rent from minimum 4 nights)
• (We are unable to serve customers with pets)

• The prices doesn't contain Tourist Tax
• Tourist Tax should be payed in place with cash
• You can't pay Tourist Tax using transfer
• The Tourist Tax varies from place to place. About ~ 1 EUR (~ 550 HUF)
• Caution Money: 200 €, or 80,000 Ft. We will pay the money back if there was no any damage made
• You have to pay 30% of the prize for booking, before arriving to a bank address we give you after contacting and confirming your rent.

Transport:

• There are buses and trains, but everything is in place after ~20 min walking.
